At The Doll House Collection, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us to request a return.

Step 1 – Send us an email
Email LindyMills@thedollhousecollection.co.uk so we can expect the return

Step 2 – Repackage your item
If you still have the packaging that the item came in, please use that to return the item

Step 3 – Post 
Pop the item in the post.  We recommend that you send the item back with tracking.

Step 4 – Await your return
We aim to deal with returned items within 24 hours of us receiving them. 

All refunds will be made to the card or PayPal account that was used to place the original order.  It can take between 3-5 working days after we received your item for the refund to appear on your card statement. PayPal refunds are normally visible in your account within 24 hours
